Plans
There are plans to fit small, medium and enterprise businesses. Each plan comes with a number of credits that are renewed each month.
Free Plan
We offer a free plan, which is intended for small businesses or companies that want to try our service.
It includes 2,500 generated images per month and includes a small 'Powered by OKZest' image in the bottom-right corner i.e.:
Annual savings
You can pay for plans on a monthly or annual basis.
If you purchase an annual plan, you will receive 12 months for the price of 10.
Changing plans
From the pricing page, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Cancelling your account
If you decide to cancel your account, it will be suspended and you will not receive any emails from us.
If you decide to re-activate your account, any credits you had will still be available.
Credit
One credit is spent when an image is generated.
If you send 10,000 emails and only 2,000 are opened, only 2,000 images will be generated and count towards the payment plan.
Credits provided each month as part of a plan expire at the end of the month.
Credits that are purchased do not expire.
Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Auto-purchasing credit
To avoid your account running out of credit and a 1x1 transparent pixel being displayed to users instead of the image, you can opt-in to auto-purchase credits.
If your total credit reaches 0 (i.e. monthly allowance and purchased credit are both 0), 25% of your monthly credit allowance will be purchased automatically.
Purchased credits do not expire. Each time you reach your limit, 25% more will be auto-purchased, this could be multiple times per month.
