SPF
What is SPF?
Sender Policy Framework (SPF) specifies the servers that are allowed to send email for your domain. It helps protect your domain against spoofing and your outgoing emails from being marked as spam by receiving servers.
Configure SPF
- From the Zoho Admin Console, navigate to:
- Domains
- Select the domain you want to update
- Select ‘Email Configuration’
- Select ‘SPF’
- In your DNS provider (e.g. Cloudflare), within DNS configuration, add a text record with the MX information provided by Zoho e.g.:
Type | Name | Content | TTL |
---|---|---|---|
TXT | e.g. trybluecake.com | v=spf1 | include:zoho.eu ~all |
