Configure Instantly to Warm Email Accounts

From the Zoho Admin Console navigate to:

  • Mail Settings
  • Tools & Configurations
  • Here, you can see information for:
    • IMAP
    • Outgoing / SMTP
  • Keep this page open, as the information is needed when you add the email accounts in Instantly

Sign up to Instantly.

For the first 3 weeks, you will not be sending any emails, you will only be warming the email accounts. To save some money, I suggest signing up to their 'Growth' plan, then upgrade to their 'Hypergrowth' plan when you are ready to send emails to over 1,000 recipients.

  1. From the Instantly 'Email Accounts' screen select 'Add New'
  2. Select 'Any Provider, IMAP/SMTP'
  3. Select 'Any Provider, Single Account'
  4. Enter the First Name, Last Name and email address, then select 'Next'
  5. Enter the email account password and IMAP host, then select 'Next'
  6. Enter the SMTP host, then select 'Submit'
  7. You should now see the user in the Instantly 'Email Accounts' page

Repeat the above steps until each of your email accounts appears in Instantly.

For each account, click on the flame icon - it should turn from grey to green, like this:

Click on the settings icon next to one of the email accounts to see its warmup status. This is an example of an email account that has been warming up for 4 days:
